As you will know from our earlier blogs Breakwells have been working with Dan Chambers @DacIndustries for quite a few months now and have watched him complete the renovation of a VW Caddy van using our paint, primers and consumables, and as we expected we were thrilled with the finished job!
Dan now has an impressive 56.7K subscribers to his you tube channel, https://www.youtube.com/danchambersDAC, and an online shop, https://dacind.com/, where he sells his own brand merchandise! Breakwells are keen to support Dan, and the team including MD Russell are frequently seen wearing the branded T-shirts and hoody’s at work! But how did it all begin for Dan…
It basically started off with something for Dan to do during lockdown, which then led to the start of his own YouTube channel in May 2020. Dan’s wife describes it as a channel about Dan ‘playing cars’! Dan was a mechanic when he left school but left the trade after 2 years to become a Joiner. He always had a passion for the trade and wanted to keep his hand in it and so Dac Industries was born! Dans online shop and YouTube channel are going from strength to strength and to date the channel has had over 6,200,000 views!
It is exciting times for us here at Breakwells again as we are sponsoring the paint for his latest project, the renovation of a Yamaha XV750 motorcycle. We have supplied him 3 sample aerosol spray cans so he can decide the best paint colour for the bike. Like you we are yet to know which one he will choose so will be keeping an eye on his YouTube channel for the grand unveil of the chosen paint colour.
