Founded in 2001 Breakwells Paints supply paints and consumables to the Automotive, Industrial, Heritage and Narrowboat markets. The company has experienced steady growth since its foundation and relocated to its current premises in 1996 and in 2021 the business was purchased by General Manager, Russell Eynon, in a management buyout.  

With 20 years’ experience in the paint industry Breakwells Paints have built an extensive product portfolio specialising in customised paints, aerosols and colour matching that is complemented with a wide range of consumables from all the leading brands. Our highly skilled inhouse technical team can colour match to all RAL, BS (British Standard) and Tekaloid paint colour codes, having the capability to produce over 4000 colour formulations. If you haven’t got the paint colour code at hand, we are industry leaders in custom colour matching and can custom colour match to any sample provided.

As the new owner and Managing Director Russell, has big plans for the Breakwells brand which initially focused on the investment in new start of the art machinery and launch of the Breakwells Paints website which features an ecommerce facility. Russell’s vision for Breakwells is “To be a market leading supplier of customised paints and ancillary products whilst supporting the local community and committing to empowering and providing good quality opportunities to the younger generation through work experience and apprenticeships”. This will be achieved through a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and world class customer service.
