All orders placed before 12pm will normally be dispatched on the same working day and sent via standard next day delivery to UK Mainland** Any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched next working day. Any order requiring next day delivery can be sent as a Pre 10.30am or Pre 12pm next working day delivery. Breakwells Paints Ltd will not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve the delivery date.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of the items, which can be refunded if the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly by Breakwells Paints.

NEW Free Local Delivery service to WS and WV postcodes for all orders placed via our online shop, telephone or email@example.com. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days from receipt of order.
Standard Next Day Delivery to UK mainland is charged at £10 + vat.
Pre 12pm next day delivery UK mainland is charged at £12.50 + vat.
Pre 10.30am next day delivery UK mainland is charged at £23.50 + vat.

Courier delivery times and special requests
Courier delivery times are generally between 8am and 5pm, all deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the delivery it will be returned to the depot and a card will be left for you to make arrangements to collect the item.
Please note we can’t generally make special requests when booking the delivery as we have no way of passing these on to the courier.
Breakwells Paints will endeavour to ensure all orders are correctly fulfilled but in the unlikely event that the goods are damaged then please contact us within 24-48 hours to report this and provide the full details and images.
If the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly and is an error at our end, then please let us know within 14 days of the purchase and provide the invoice/delivery note supplied with the goods. From the date of notifying us, you will have 28 days to return the items back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or if it’s paint, no more than 100ml should be used from the tin and all items should be in the same condition that you received them. Your item must be in the original packaging and must be sent back with the proof of purchase or delivery note.
Once we receive your item/s, they will be inspected, and we will notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will immediately notify you on the status of your item/s after inspecting, this may take 24-48 hours from us receiving the goods back.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should receive the credit or refund within 14 days from a Breakwells Paints notification.
